• Once processed, your order will be handed over to the delivery company within 1-2 working days.
• The estimated delivery time is generally between 2-3 working days.

Important Notes:

• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the specifics of your order.
• Delivery times may be extended during holiday periods or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions).

Returns Process:

• We currently only offer delivery services within Israel.
• For returns, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs unless the product is defective.
• Any previously paid shipping charges are non-refundable.
