Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can exchange the product within 24 hours of receiving it.
Exchange Conditions:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

The item must include all original tags and accessories.

If a discount code was used or the item was purchased during a sale, it can only be exchanged, not refunded.
Return Process:
Returns are only possible in the following cases:

The item is defective or damaged.

There is a noticeable quality issue or the item differs from the description.

You received the wrong item.

The return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order, and the item must meet the exchange conditions.

If the return is due to a defect or issue with the product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
